LEGAL BASES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OF WOW.FAN

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The Company Panorama Servicios Integrales SL with registered office at Calle Mar Adriático N.5, San Fernando de Henares, Madrid and tax ID B88031646. organizes for promotional purposes the raffle (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for users registered as artists in creators.wow.fan and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section of conditions to participate.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 04.05.2022, and will end on 11.30.2022

The Company reserves the right not to carry out the promotional action if, by the reflected start date of the same, a participation of more than 500 participations has not been registered. Likewise, the Company may extend the termination of the promotional action for 4 more weeks, the new termination date being 11.30.2022 if necessary.

3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

It is important to underline that participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions of these Legal Bases.

The participation requirements will be the following:

- Those people registered as artists in creators.wow.fan and are over 18 years old can participate.

- Only those participants who have uploaded illustrations to the wow.fan platform will be able to participate.

- The personal data with which the participants fill in the registration form must be truthful data.

- The Participants will not have to register in the promotion, they will participate in the event that they meet the terms of the promotion mechanics that are detailed below:

The mechanics of the Promotion consist of:

3 prizes of different economic amounts (€5,000/€2,500/€1,250) will be raffled among all users who are registered on the creators.wow.fan platform and have uploaded illustrations for sale on wow.fan. In addition, participants must follow the brand's profile on Instagram to be eligible for the prize (https://www.instagram.com/wow.fanshop/)

The artists will have to have registered before the end date of the contest in order to participate. Each illustration uploaded on the platform will be a participation, so the more illustrations the artist has uploaded, the more chances they will have of winning one of the prizes. Illustrations must meet the platform's acceptance standards.

A single artist will only have a chance to win one prize. In case he is the winner of two prizes, he will go to the substitute in the draw that has been made.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

3 winners and 6 alternates will be chosen by lottery, on the Sortea2 platform on 08.01.2022

The selection of the winners and substitutes will be made randomly through the Sortea2 platform.

The winners will receive as a prize:

• 1 prize worth €5,000 to be credited to the artist's wow.fan platform sales account.

• 1 prize worth €2,500 to be credited to the artist's wow.fan platform sales account.

• 1 prize worth €1,250 to be credited to the artist's wow.fan platform sales account.

The winners will be notified on social networks on 08.01.2022 and the winner will be contacted using the data that appears in the artist's profile and that was filled in when registering.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it becomes evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employed workers employed in any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Grupo Panorama. (ii) Individuals who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of Grupo Panorama (iii) Any other individual who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency , providers, etc.).

The prize awarded will not be transferable or susceptible to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.

Grupo Panorama reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior legal communication, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.

Any fiscal or tax burden that the acceptance of the prize could entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Grupo Panorama in these Legal Bases, will be borne by the winner.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of awarding the prize, to make any reasoned claim. Grupo Panorama reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics, if necessary.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate in relation to the promotion in RRSS or on the platform will not be allowed. Nor will comments against an individual be allowed that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could offend the sensitivity of other participants.

Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Contest, either by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant, canceling their candidacy..

7.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram, so the Participants release Facebook from all liability for any damages arising from it.

11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
